On April 15, with the support of the Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund, the International Center for Innovations in Science, Technology and Education, together with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, will organize a seminar entitled «Russian Science Through the Eyes of Foreign Youth: Promoting Research via Digital Media». The project of the International Center for Innovations in Science, Technology and Education became one of the winners of the competitive selection for grants from the Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund in the direction of «Opportunities for Scientific and Digital Diplomacy in Modern Conditions».
What awaits participants?
- In-personal participation in seminar in Dubna, Moscow Region, with experts in the fields of science, media, and international communications;
- Immersion into the themes of the Decade of Science and Technology in the Russian Federation, introduction to scientific infrastructure and promising developments;
- Practical sessions on creating and promoting media content.
Who can participate?
Foreign students and young scientists aged 18–35, who are studying or working in Russia:
- Those actively engaged in media activities (blogs, social networks, YouTube channels, etc.) with an audience in their home country;
- Those interested in creating and promoting content about Russia.

- Attach examples of your work (links to content about Russia or other publications).
- Submit your application by February 28, 2026.
Participant selection is conducted on a competitive basis. Results will be announced by March 10, 2026.
Financial Support
Expenses related to round-trip travel to Moscow, as well as accommodation, meals, and the cultural and educational program, are covered by the organizers.
